How do I know what the dimensions of the beds are and what I need to order?
The dimensions of the beds? No worries, if you have booked a holiday home with Dekust.holiday, we know exactly what you need. Let us know how many guests you are travelling with and which accommodation you have rented, and we will prepare the right packages.
What is the difference between the Short and Long Stay bath linen packages?
A 'short stay' linen package includes 1 large bath towel, 1 small hand towel, and 1 bath mat.
For a 'long stay', we provide 2 large bath towels, 2 small hand towels, and 1 bath mat.
Are the beds being made?
We do not offer a standard bed-making service. Would you still prefer a personal service? Please contact us.
Where can I pick up the bed linen?
The bed and bath linen can be picked up at the DeKust.Holiday office, Leopoldlaan 19, De Haan.
Can I order last-minute bed and bath linen?
You can always order last minute in exceptional cases. Payment is then made on site. However, no linen will be provided without payment.
Is delivery also available to the accommodation?
Bed linen is provided as standard for collection at the DeKust.Holiday office, Leopoldlaan 19, De Haan. Would you like personal service? Please contact us for this.
Can I put together the packages myself?
Packages are delivered only as stated on our site. We do not assemble individual packages.
Is it possible to order from us from other coastal municipalities?
Unfortunately, we only offer linen packages in De Haan and Bredene. But we are very much looking forward to what the future holds, and who knows, you might find us in another coastal town soon!
